CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER / COMMISSIONER- TONY LEWIS
Tony was a former area baseball stand-out from Glendale HS, Missouri State/Drury Universities, and professionally for the Quebec Capitales of the CAN-AM Independent Baseball League. Tony wanted to continue his passion of being around the game and also provide an experience to the area like none other. He coached the inaugural GRBL Championship team (GNR Black) but currently focuses on his executive role in efforts to keep delivering a quality product on the field to both players and fans alike. He hopes to keep improving the league year after year and also make the GRBL a staple for all ball players in the heart of America.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - KEVIN ROBERTSON
Kevin has been a player/fan of the game his entire life. When the GRBL came to the Ozark area, he knew he had to get involved. Starting as a tryout attendee to executive assistant, Kevin proved that he was an asset that the league needed to have. He now assumes the role of COO of the league and hopes to deliver an experience that fans of all ages in the Ozarks can enjoy. Kevin also enjoys MC’ing all of our on field events and there is no question that Kevin just loves being around the game.
DIRECTOR OF BASEBALL OPERATIONS - STEVE LAEL
Steve has been around the game as a player and coach all of his life. Steve had success in college and was ultimately inducted into the Hall of Fame for Lincoln Land University and finished his playing days at Missouri Western. Steve went on to coach baseball for the next 30+ years with the majority of those years being the head coach of the Branson Pirates High School Baseball team. Steve was eventually inducted into the Missouri HS Hall of Fame but refuses to stay away from the game even in retirement. Steve has a great baseball mind and the GRBL is lucky to have him.
VP PUBLIC RELATIONS/MARKETING - STEPHANIE LEWIS
Stephanie grew up on the ball field being the daughter of Steve Lael. Her baseball knowledge is unbelievable and she still prides herself on being able to name every team in each respective division of the MLB. She currently is the Co-Owner of Sumits Hot Yoga where she has successfully ran a profitable business for over a decade. Having a Master’s of Administration in Sports Management from Missouri State University, she uses her online/social media marketing strength for the GRBL. Have an idea? Kent Lammers and his son, Kurtis, have been true fans of the GRBL since day one. As mentioned, Kent has been a fan since since inception of the GRBL and he is a true scholar of the game. Kent is always looking to impove player/fan experience of the GRBL and is a true asset of the league. The Fifth Inning $0.50 cent foul balls…yep, that was Kent’s idea. He is getting ready to roll out the Thirsty Third and many more great ideas for Season IV of the GRBL. If you see Kent at a game this year, don’t be afraid to pitch an idea….he can make it happen.
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR - RANCE BURGER
Rance is currently the Christian County News Editor but also doubles as the "Voice of the GRBL”. The GRBL rolled out live streaming in Season III to where people all over the nation could see their favorite GRBL players. Rance provides play-by-play commentary and also interviews players/staff to give you a first hand experience of the league.
